We believe in the powerful impact of neighborhood centers that offer sports, technology,
education and outreach resources . . . but with a passionate human touch! A community life center can
be a "nerve center" in the middle of a neighborhood that magnetically attracts and influences young people, teens and
whole families towards making positive choices and changes in their lives. What makes a Community Life Center unique
is that it is not a government program or agency trying to impose change or community transformation from the
outside. We are a non profit association that has created a network of people and
financial resources that in turn can provide a framework leading to an actual physical venue for neighbors within the
community to reach neighbors.
We are supported financially by a broad spectrum of community minded corporations, government
urban renewal agencies, national sports ministries, church and faith based organization and other grant agencies, as
well as private benefactors, who have agreed to significantly channel resources and funding towards encouraging
the development of inner city and urban community and sports facilities.

- Community Life Centers- offices, classrooms & a community gathering venue
- State-of-the-art Indoor Sports Pavilions- heated & lighted with EcoSport Turf
- New Technology outdoor synthetic sports fields- 24/7 zero maintenance fields
- Urban playgrounds
- Technology, job skill and economic development centers
- Skateparks and alternative sports venues
Most Community Life Centers and neighborhood sports facilities are funded
with up to 50% - 60% grants arranged by the CSD Council. An approved and funded project is typically installed on a local
school campus, in a public park or on a local church property in a wonderful and effective public/private partnership.
This completely removes the huge cost and complication of private land development.
Even though the CSd Council was newly formed in 2006, we have now had the privilege to be involved in funding and helping
to design sports parks and facilities in Mexico, the United States, Ireland, Cape Town, South Africa soon to be Brazil!
Some of our supporting government agencies, consortium members and project partners are as follows:
- GE Structured Plastics
- FreeSpan1 Engineered Systems
- Ballymun Regeneration, Ltd.
- Ireland Sports Lottery
- Sports Life International
- Sports Across Ireland
- Young Life- Bray, Ireland
- Nash Sports Academy's Capetown
- All Nations, Inc.
- Marine School Governing Board
- National East Coast Steel Building Co.
- EcoGrass & EcoSport Turf Systems, Inc.
- Universal Lighting Manufacturing, Inc.
- AIB Sports Development Group, LLC
- Upward Sports, Inc.
- EcoScape Outdoor, Inc.
- Watkins & Shepherd Delivery Systems
- Zoe Outdoors Distribution, Inc. and many more !!
WHAT IS YOUR DREAM?
The project funding and support for any approved community sports project comes directly from our consortium
of national manufacturers and grant agencies. Some recieve PR and recognition in return, others prefer to remain anonymous
and simply enjoy the the tax benefits.
We also have an alumni "re-investment program" where key alumni of a university institution can receive significant tax
benefits for spearheading a state of the art sports facility on the campus of their alma mater.
